I mentioned earlier I want the packaging design to be quite simplistic, but to still be affective whilst developing the bun patterns, I have had the idea to laser cut small bun patterns onto the packaging, this keeps it really minimal but still looks expensive and interesting. Above are two sets of patterns that I have vectored on illustrator, the first are drop through leaving holes in the paper, the second is an outline of the buns. Im not exactly sure what either patterns will have I need to have a go with the laser cutter before I can really develop this further.
